Hi Susi,

Greetings from sunny Arizona! I wanted to send you a quick note to thank you for your help in pulling together our recent Borneo tour, which was quite successful again,
making people very happy. Not only did we see great flora and fauna, but things worked seamlessly, thanks in part to you.

Our guides and captains were all quite good, and it was good to work with them again. It was fun too meeting Osman at the transfer to the hotel at the end back in KK.
I would love to have him as our guide for the first, Kinabalu Park, portion of our tours next year. Thanks for arranging our meeting.

Looking forward to working with you again. And please give my regards to everyone there, as well as to Hamit if you have contact with him.

Regards,

Rose Ann

Hi Hailin,

Thank you for all your help with my recent trip to Rainforests of Sabah.
I had an amazing trip, made easy by the efficiency and care of the people at Sandakan, Kinabatangan River Sukau and Danum Valley.

I enjoyed the experience so much that I am planning a return trip probably in April next year.
It is so good to see wild animals still living in their natural habitat.

Wishing you all the best.

Hi Victaria,

Thank you for your email and we are indeed very well. Our holiday, arranged by your good self, was outstanding!
As you are aware, our first day did not go according to plan due to the weather but that did not bother us as we were quite tired from our long journey from the UK.
The substitute visits for the morning suited us well and gave us a little more time to relax and prepare for the remaining tours.
I must say, and without exception, every detail was outstanding;
from the courtesy and the politeness of all your staff to the timeliness of all pick-ups and transfers.

I would not wish to single out any particular guide above another as they were all excellent.
I would however like to mention our trip to the Sukau Rainforest Lodge.
This experience was faultless; the arrival reception, the friendly staff and most importantly, our outstanding guide.

Our memories of our trip to Sabah will remain with us for a very long time.
Again, to you and all the staff, sincere regards and a huge THANK YOU!

Hi,
Back to Paris after a 3 weeks trip to Borneo including diving in Sipadan and Lankayan, I would like to thank you about my discovery of the jungle
during 3 days... More used to looking for submarine life, I've really enjoyed wildlife : birds, monkeys, elephants and others.

And I was so lucky having been accompagnied by a wonderful guide : Jumaidi, his knowing of everything there, his cool attitude and his willing to make us see all the inhabitants in the forest was impressive
as much as friendly. I've appreciated your silent engine for the boat too ! and I've understood why my travel agency - Ultramarina - recommended me this specific break in my diving journey...

Yours sincerely.

Fiona,
Hello there! We've back from our wonderful trip now, safe and sound. We all had a really super time and saw so much! I can't wait to go back again.
I wanted to thank you and your team for all your hard work in arranging everything for us.

It all went very smoothly, transitions went well, and the guides were very good; generally very informative and attentive.
The re-building at Sukau was not a problem for us at all, and we loved the new rooms, very beautiful.

Can I ask; was it you who gave us the package of t-shirts and jewellery just before we left Sandakhan? It was handed to me by Aswan (??) our guide.
Thank you - if they came from you, that was very kind.

For your information; the tour to the Iban Longhouse with Inter Borneo tours went well, and Danney, our guide was very interesting and obviously cared a lot about the Iban people.
So, again, thank you all very much for a wonderful trip. I am telling everyone they must go to Sabah and Sarawak, especially if they have children - and use Borneo Eco Tours of course!

Hello Agnes (and Albert),
We have just returned to Australia from our 3 week adventure in Sabah and wanted to pass on our very warmest thanks for your help in making it such a wonderful wonderful experience for our family - particularly the children. Selingan and Sepilok were simply amazing, but the Kinabatangan was definitely a highlight for our children to truly
experience wildlife in the wild. We had many close encounters with cheeky (!!!) monkeys and a quite funny time with a pair of gibbons - our 6 year old son Josh joined in the gibbon calling which was so special.

Our guide Fernando was fantastic.Winston was great - Molly (our youngest) still recites some of his wise words! You have a very special country with such incredible natural beauty - we regret not having more time there to explore even further, maybe next time! Thank you so much again, and thank you to your office staff for going to so much trouble to arrange the change over of shirts for Jack and Josh. They are now proudly wearing their Sukau Rainforest Lodge shirts!

Warmest regards

Dear Malvin,
We are almost at the end of our Borneo adventure and are flying tomorrow to KL before moving on to Mongolia. I just wanted to take the time to pass on my thanks. Apart from some room issues at the Rainforest Lodge, which resulted in a very nice upgrade, and an itinerary change at the request of other group members that would have been prevented by a more experienced guide, I have to say that, overall, our tour has been brilliant!! We have travelled to 10 countries since starting our world trip in March and in terms of professionalism and service,
I have to say that your company has impressed us the most! We think that the tour was very well organised, exciting yet relaxing and we could easily have spent another couple of days at the Rainforest Lodge; next time!

When we return to Europe next year perhaps I could contact you to discuss business with a view to expanding your profile,
especially in Italy? Thank you again for giving us a memorable time in this amazing country.

Many thanks and kind regards

Dear Fiona,
Meanwhile we are back from our trip and we had A GREAT GREAT Time!! It was wonderfull - sightings at Sukau Rainforest Lodge were fantastic (Crocs, Otters, Elephant, Snakes, Monkeys....) and the kids had the most amazing experience at turtle island - besides the official programme - <p>while they were playing at the beach and hatchlings were appearing from an undiscovered nest ... The organization of the trip was great - Sukau Rainforest Lodge was fantastic (accommodation, Food and staff) and Richard our guide did a great job.

We all will definetely recommend Borneo Eco Tours to our friends.

Thank you.

Kind regards,

Good Morning Hailin,

Home again after a brief but well worthwhile holiday including our very enjoyable stay at Sukau Lodge. The construction did not bother us at all. Winston was in fine form it seemed and the new man in the office, Brett, was most helpful in arranging on onward travels to Semporna. So all went well. J (not sure of his full name - Jemiliah perhaps?) was our companion and guide for our 2 days. He was always most thoughtful and informative. My only disappointment, if there was one ... no elephants this time!! I saw a herd during my 2005 visit.

Thank you too Hailin for your advice and assistance over recent weeks. Your service and promptness were very much appreciated. I hope you too enjoyed your short break.

Best wishes to you and to all at Sukau Lodge. I think it has been a good decision to upgrade the rooms they are getting a little dated.

Yours sincerely,
