Establishes & secures financial status by developing, monitoring, implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, auditing and reporting financial information and managing accounts department staff.

Responsibilities
- Achieves accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and review.
- Preparing and completing action plan, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements, implementing change.
- Confirms financial status by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budget, monitoring revenue and expenses, coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data, preparing special reports.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics / or a professional qualification (ACCA / CPA / ICAEW / MICPA) or equivalent.
- A minimum of 8 years working in financial managerial position, preferably has adequate experience working in the tourism industry or services industry.
