This position requires the candidate to work alongside the Assistant General Manager with the management of the East Coast team and overall tour operations.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Assistant General Manager with managing relationships with travel agencies and vendors.
- Accountable to manage company's fleet and tour related assets such as vehicle.
- Oversees the supervision of guides, vehicle captains and boat captains which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution.
Job Requirement
- Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism or any related field is required.
- A minimum of 3 years supervisory level working in Inbound Tourism.
- Deep knowledge of Tourism Products across Borneo.
