Assistant Operations Manager

Have a full understanding of overall management of a tour operation.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic policies and programs for overall tours operations. 
• Accountable to manage company's fleet and tour related assets such as vehicle.
• Oversees the supervision of guides and fleet captains which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution.
• Responds to special requests, as well as guest complaints and inquiries in a calm, prompt, courteous manner.

Job Requirement

• At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in Operations Management.
• Have strong customer service skills and deep expertise in the Tourism Industry in Sabah.
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing. Foreign language is an added advantage.
• Able to work on flexible time.

Working Hours

Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5 pm.
Saturday: 8 am - 12 pm.
