Responsibilities
- Develop strategic policies and programs for overall tours operations.
- Accountable to manage company's fleet and tour related assets such as vehicle.
- Oversees the supervision of guides and fleet captains which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution.
- Responds to special requests, as well as guest complaints and inquiries in a calm, prompt, courteous manner.
Job Requirement
- At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in Operations Management.
- Have strong customer service skills and deep expertise in the Tourism Industry in Sabah.
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing. Foreign language is an added advantage.
- Able to work on flexible time.
