Responsibilities
- Working closely with the training department and developing culinary knowledge and skills for employees in all areas.
- To assist junior chefs in maximizing employee productivity.
- To ensure that all outlet kitchens adhere to company and lodge policies and procedures and required standards.
Job Requirement
- To monitor all kitchen related costs and recommend changes where appropriate.
- Should have completed training in kitchen and/or hotel management program.
- Should have at least 5 years experience in this position in the hospitality/dining industry.
- Experience in a variety of products quality and in different types of cuisine.
