Junior Sous Chef

Responsible to assist Head Chef in the daily management and food preparation of the Lodge.

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the hygienic and safe preparation of food.
• To assist Head Chef in preparing all food items as per standard recipe cards whilst maintaining portion control and minimizing wastage.
• Assist the Head Chef in implementing quality control procedures.

Job Requirement

• Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Culinary, Hospitality or any related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Kitchen Department.
