Responsibilities
- To be responsible for the hygienic and safe preparation of food.
- To assist Head Chef in preparing all food items as per standard recipe cards whilst maintaining portion control and minimizing wastage.
- Assist the Head Chef in implementing quality control procedures.
Job Requirement
- Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Culinary, Hospitality or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Kitchen Department.
