Marketing Manager
Our Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing the company’s overall marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, drive business growth, and enhance customer engagement across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the Marketing and Communications Team while ensuring alignment of all marketing activities with the company’s branding and business objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities across both digital and traditional platforms to increase brand awareness and market reach.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing campaigns, events, partnerships, and content initiatives while ensuring timely execution and consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor marketing performance, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare marketing reports, and identify opportunities for optimization and business growth.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven working experience in marketing, including managerial or leadership exposure.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, social media, market trends, and campaign management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Creative, strategic, dynamic, and highly detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, Microsoft Office applications, and content
