Boat Captain

This position ensures that the vessel travels safely from point A to point B. They are expert navigators who manage the course of the vessel.

Location : Borneo Eco Tours, Sandakan View Location

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To ensure that vessels are clean and in good running condition and safe for use by the passengers before commencing any tour.
  • To assist the Operation Staff in the daily operation of the office when required.
  • To check Operation Diary everyday in order for you to discharge your duty according to the assignment delegated to you.
  • To ensure driving license is valid at all times.
  • Reporting all accidents and incidents involving drivers or company equipment.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • At least an SPM qualification.
  • Honest, trustworthy and helpful.
  • Good command in English both verbal and written. Foreign language is an added advantage.
  • Have flexible working time.
  • Must have valid & certified boatmen license.
  • Have good customer relation/PR skills and enjoy communicating with potential clients.
