Operations Coordinator

This position requires the candidate to assist supervisors in assigning the operations' diary and daily operation of the office. 

Number of vacancy : 1

Location : Borneo Eco Tours, Sandakan View Location

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To assist in updating the VIS report and conducting vehicle inspections on a weekly basis.
  • To ensure diary are entered properly and accurately.
  • To have thorough knowledge on the tour packages and be aware of any changes in the tour packages.
  • To ensure that guide and captain's assignment are done one week in advance.
  • To provide both internal and external clients with excellent customer service.
  • Make all travel arrangements mainly transportations.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Tourism Management or any relevant field.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer software (computer reservations systems, excel, word, google drive).
  • Proficiency in English, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have strong organizational skills, and pay close attention to detail.
  • Can work independently and hands-on experience with the ability to work as part of a team.
