Operations Coordinator (Field)

This position requires the candidates to assist the Assistant Operation Manager in assigning the operations diary and daily operation of the office.

Location : Borneo Eco Tours, Sandakan View Location

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To assist in updating VIS report and conducting vehicle inspections on a weekly basis.
  • To ensure diaries are entered properly and accurately.
  • To have a thorough knowledge of the tour packages and be aware of any changes in the tour packages.
  • Make all travel arrangements mainly transportation.
  • Oversee the schedule of Operations Department.
  • Manage relationships with travel agencies and vendors. Visits supplier to ascertain accommodation quality and sustainability.
  • Ensure guest history records and general guest information have been identified and accurately recorded in the system.
  • Attend and resolve to guests complaints effectively on the field.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Possess at least an SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in related field.
  • Preferably 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Able to work under pressure & tight deadlines
  • Good proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft programs.
  • Willing to travel between KK, Sandakan or Sukau for work-related purposes when necessary.
