Sales Assistant Manager

This position is mainly a marketing-related position where it develops, reports, analyzes, and is in charge of Wild Borneo Boutique (WBB) and Kadai. Though that is the main focus of the job, it also comprises purchasing and logistics of all merchandise under WBB.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce cost/benefit analysis reports.
  • Be the first point of contact for major clients, Look at ways to improve and implement changes, and build business relationships with new clients.
  • Review and analyze commercial opportunities, Manage multiple projects while dealing with deadlines and high pressure. Look at and try to improve company procedures.
  • Detail, distribute, and follow up action points from meetings, Liaise with other staff and external parties.
  • Create a marketing plan for WBB products including Kadai.
  • Responsible to source, negotiating, and purchasing materials from both local and overseas vendors.
  • Overseeing the logistics, managing the stock, organizing a monthly stock take, and developing stock take procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency. Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies. Liaising with production to ensure deliveries meet their needs.
  • To have a monthly report on work progress, sales, marketing initiatives, and any relevant information that should be shared with the management.
