F&B Supervisor
This position is responsible to ensure high service standards and overseeing F&B operations in SRL.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train and guide F&B staff to ensure excellent service and adherence to a high standard.
- Manage daily operations in the Restaurant and Bar.
- Monitor and manage F&B inventory, coordinating with kitchen and purchasing department for necessary supplies.
- Enforce all health and safety policies to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.
Job Requirement
- 5 years working in F&B in the Tourism/Hospitality Industry.
- Excellent English and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
