F&B Supervisor
Our F&B Supervisor oversees daily food and beverage operations by ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the team to deliver smooth and efficient service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure efficient service, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Lead and support the F&B team by assigning duties, monitoring performance, and ensuring guests receive excellent customer service and a positive dining experience.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels, handling inventory records, and ensuring food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently maintained.
- Prepare operational reports, assist with scheduling, and support management in resolving customer feedback and operational issues effectively.
Job Requirement
- Diploma, Certificate, or relevant qualification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented, responsible, and proactive with a positive attitude.
