This position is responsible for overseeing the overall front desk operations and supervises the Front Office team.


Responsibilities
- Supervise, support, and lead the front office team.
- Handle guest complaints, issues, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest feedback and maintain room readiness.
Job Requirement
- 4 years experience in Front Office in the Tourism/Hospitality Industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving.
