Our Lodge Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of Utan Rainforest Lodge, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining efficient day-to-day operations, high service standards, and a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the lodge, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and general lodge activities.
• Ensure guests receive warm, professional, and personalized service throughout their stay.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate lodge staff to maintain high standards of hospitality, teamwork, and professionalism.
• Monitor lodge facilities, equipment, vehicles, and surrounding areas to ensure they are clean, safe, well-maintained, and operational.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or other related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in hotel, resort, lodge, tourism, or hospitality operations.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management position is required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
