Housekeeping Supervisor
Our Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Schedule roster, train, and supervise housekeeping staff including performance evaluations.
- Guest Satisfaction: Address guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Cleanliness: Ensure all guest rooms, public areas and facilities are clean and up to a high standard.
Job Requirement
- 3 years' experience in Housekeeping in hotel/lodge/hospitality/tour/travel operations.
- SPM and/or Certificate in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management or related field.
- Proficiency in English, knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
