Responsible for advising clients about suitable travel options in accordance with their needs, wants, and capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Organize the client's travel itinerary from beginning to end.
- Communicate and maintain a healthy relationship with new and existing clients, representatives, and agents through email, telephone, online video call, or face-to-face.
- Work with the Sales Team and Operations Team to deliver optimal service to clients on the ground.
- To handle and respond to all customer complaints and report to Sales Manager/Supervisor.
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Tourism Management or any related field.
- At least 1 year experience in tourism agency or relevant field. Requires effective oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holiday, group/individual, logistics and etc.)
