Osman has been our tour guide for more than two decades. Osman's main interest is bird-watching. He also conducts a lot of guiding for nature, culture and other tour categories. Osman's motto is 'work hard and stay healthy'. With his expertise and interest in exchanging ideas with people from diverse backgrounds, it is not a surprise that he gets increased number of personal requests from guests to reuse his service.

Adrian has been an outstanding tourist guide throughout his worthwhile service with us. Adrian understands his clients very well and he does his best not just to meet his clients’ expectation but to exceed their expectation. Adrian has his unique skill in interpreting the tour. “Loud and clear” and “friendliness” are the best words to describe his ability to capture his audience’s interest. Adrian specializes in botanical and bird watching tours. His knowledge also ranges to cultural aspects. Our guides and drivers in Kota Kinablu, Sepilok & Sandakan were all knowledgeable & professional Adrian in Kota Kinabalu ensured we experienced a great deal of the area in our very short time. We even managed to sight a Rafflesia in flower! I should also mention Captain Riswan in Sandakan, and our other drivers & boat staff to & from Sepilok for their courteous and efficient customer service. Medicinal plants and culture is Sheila's cup of tea. She is very friendly and makes travellers feel at ease the moment she welcomes them. For two consecutive years in 2009 and 2010, she was the winner of Peregrine's Tour Leader Award and stands firm on her belief 'willing to pursue the dream'. Apart from guiding, Sheila's interest includes reading and cooking.

Jason graduated from a local collage with a Diploma in Tourism Management with the belief that the Tourism and Hospitality industry is the perfect channel to educate people to conserve Malaysia's nature, culture, and wildlife. Hazwan was born in the coastal city of Sandakan in 1982, attended High School before obtaining his Tour Guide license. He has been guiding for 9 years, based at the Uncle Tan's Wildlife Camp before joining Borneo Eco Tours in 2005. Hazwan has seen 345 of Borneo's bird species and is particularly interested in their calls and songs. The elusive Bornean Ground-Cuckoo of swampy forests is his favourite bird. In addition to birds, Hazwan is also fascinated by Borneo's terrific diversity of mammals.

A friendly native of Sandakan, Sabah, Hamit developed his passion for nature and bird watching as a youngster growing up in the tropical lowlands. He joined the tourism industry in 1999 as a general worker, but by 2004 he had worked his way to becoming a nature tour guide specializing in bird watching. Hamit has vast knowledge of the behavior and vocalizations of Bornean birds, which he learned over many years spent touring the wilderness. He has been involved in various bird and mammals surveys with the Sabah Forestry Department under the project, "Heart of Borneo" (HoB), carried out throughout Sabah.

We had Nexter for the 4 day turtle Island/Sukau Rainforest Lodge tour and he was excellent! Very easy to understand and very knowledgeable. Joffonnie started her pursuance of her passion - to show the beauty of Borneo especially its rich cultural heritage to the world, as an in-house guide in Mari-Mari Cultural Village two years ago. She is also an active qualify ambulance crew of Malaysian Red Crescent of Kota Kinabalu since 2010. In addition to Joffonnie interest in local culture and medicinal plants, she wishes to become a specialist in plants and wildlife of Borneo especially on Bornean Sunbear and Orang Utan.

Joy is one of the staff members that made my holiday memorable. She is exceptional, wise beyond her age, she is informative, polite, kind, gentle and sweet. I adore her! I loved her company!
