My husband and I did a 13 day tour with Borneo Eco Tours from Kuching to Mulu to Kota Kinabalu to Sepilok to Sandakan. Our personal highlights were staying with the Iban in a traditional longhouse, Mulu National Park (the Marriott there is spectacular), and Sukau River basin. From snorkeling with clownfish to seeing orangutans and pygmy elephants in the wild, we were amazed by the wildlife! If only they would stay out in the open for photos! The trip was a bit taxing since visiting Sarawak and Sabah required multiple domestic flights and hours of driving overland, but we knew that when we booked the tour. For the most part, our guides spoke very good English and we weren't too rushed (my husband loves to take photos!). I would recommend Boreno Eco Tours!
