Accounts Assistant

This position is required to perform day-to-day accounting operation activities and functions.

Number of vacancy : 3

Location : Borneo Eco Tours, Kolombong View Location

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs data entry accounting system for accounts receivable functions including billing, processing of invoices, distribution of invoices, and record keeping.
  • Performs data entry accounting system for accounts payable including ensuring that all supplier invoices, credit note, debit note, and payment voucher transactions enter into the Accounting System after check and confirmation.
  • Maintain AP and AR account and generate report.
  • Assisting in filling, recording and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • To assist BET group of companies such as SRL, WBB, BEST when required.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Possess at least a LCCI Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
  • A minimum of 6 months - 1 year of working experience in an accounting position.
  • Good command in English and Malay, both verbal and written communication. Ability to speak in other languages is an added advantage.
  • Able to work under pressure & tight deadlines.
  • Good proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft programs.
  • Good Knowledge in SQL or other accounting software will be advantage.
