• To configure/integrate system & hardware.
• Troubleshoot system & hardware.
• Assist with the installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, workstations and/or any related equipment and devices.
• Resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware and software installations, and improving IT systems.
• To assist the Management in daily operation of office and any other ad-hoc projects.

Requirements :

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Information Technology or any relevant field.
• Excellent knowledge of computer software, system & hardware

Job Description :

• To ensure that boats are clean and in good running condition and safe for use by the passengers before commencing any tour.
• Assist the Operation Staff in the daily operation of the office when required.
• Check Operation Diary every day in order for you to discharge your duty according to the assignment delegated to you.
• To ensure boat license is valid at all times.
• Reporting all accidents and incidents involving boat captains or company equipment.

Requirements :

• At least an SPM qualification.
• Honest, trustworthy and helpful.
• Good command in English both verbal and written. Foreign language is an added advantage.
• Have flexible working time.
• Must have valid & certified boatmen license.
• Have good customer relation/PR skills and enjoy communicating with potential clients.
