Human Resources & Admin Officer

To assist in the effective operation of the Human Resources Department by providing daily organizational and administrative support.

Number of vacancy : 1

Location : Borneo Eco Tours, Kolombong View Location

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Helps in payroll management.
  2. Handle overall office administration issues.
  3. Provide administrative support for HR department.
  4. Organise, compile, update company personnel records and documentation.
  5. To assist other sister properties (such as SRL, TRL, WBB, BEST) as and when required.
  6. Any other ad-hoc duties that is assigned by the supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  1. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
  2. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  3. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Must be able to work independently and in a team.
  5. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll and administrative management in the Company.
