F&B Attendant

The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible administering the basic day-to-day food & beverage service duties, such as opening and closing, taking food & beverage orders, and preparing meals and beverages. The Food & Beverage Attendant is also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area throughout his/her shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring that first and last impression of guest is a favourable one by promoting professionalism through appearance and manner.
  • Good understanding of people and has a genuine interest in food and beverage.
  • Sound knowledge of menu contents.
  • Thorough knowledge of the establishment’s facilities and personnel involved.
  • Constant standard of performance whether the operation is busy or not.
  • Strives to develop self-esteem which results in a friendly, relaxed attitude with guests.
  • Ensure a clean, smart appearance always.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Product and service knowledge of Food and Beverage.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good inter-personal skills. 
  • High school level reading and writing skills.
  • Well organized and able to prioritize in a busy environment.
  • Understand occupational Health and Safety standards.
  • Food handling certification.
