We saw a tremendous amount of wildlife, including all the big five (wild orang utans, pygmy elephants, proboscis monkeys, rhinoceros hornbills and baby crocodiles). Our guide, Rahman, was terrific, very knowledgeable and looked after us really well. The Turtle Island visit was a very special experience, even if the snorkeling was not so impressive (too many dead corals). The food was excellent at Sukau Rainforest Lodge, and OK but not great on Turtle Island. Overall an amazin

4C Quad Biking in Kiulu

 4C Quad Biking in Kiulu was a great trip, I loved each moment. The driver came to our hotel as the agreed time. We reached the location in one hour, and we dirved the quad for one hour in the mountain ( 10 Km)

Wonderful animal viewing tours

Well organised tours. Worthwhile for a 3/4/5 days trip with 2 different overnight places. Saw turtles laying eggs and the hatching station on Turtle islands. Expect a little less comfort due to the nature site. The Sukau Rainforest Lodge with fantastic animal watching boot excursions were definitely the highlight and are highly recommended. Where else will you meet free living elephants that closely?

Half day tour of Sepilok and Sunbear centres

Well organized tour which picked us up from the Sandakan airport upon our arrival. Or guide Rahman was fantastic, super knowledgeable, great sense of humour and very engaging with us. 
Sepilok centre was stunning. Very well kept and you could see that the animals were treated exceptionally well. The 10am feeding platform gets too busy with people so a recommendation is to wander down the walking paths towards

Great guides, Amazing wildlife, beautiful lodge.

I spent 3 nights and 4 days staying at Sukau Rainforest Lodge with Borneo Eco Tours. 

The guides picked me up at my hotel in Sandakan, and were super knowledgable, kind and organized throughout the whole week. They took me to Sepilok Conservation Center (amazing!) and then to the lodge by boat. The trip was great.

Unforgettable Rungus Longhouse Stay
