Absolutely wonderful tour company. From start to finish. Great communication & help with everything! We stayed 3 nights & 4 days at the Sakau rainforest lodge & wish we would have stayed another 1 or 2 nights!  Brilliant day trips by boat. Loved the Proboscis monkeys & Sepilok Orang-utan sanctuary. (Wanted to stay longer) loved the sun bears. Literally Screamed & cried my way around the bat cave. Due to the 5 million cockroaches!!

We did the 2N / 3D tour from Sandakan, with Joy as our guide. The tour was great value, and although the food at the Sakau Lodge leaves much to be desired, the lodge itself, and the rooms were good, and the staff, excellent. Joy has the eyes of an eagle, and spotted a fabulous number of animals for us to enjoy in the wild, but even she couldn't find us an elusive Pygmy elephant. All the main sights of Sandakan were included, but always the Sepliok Orangantan centre will remain a fa

From our arrival at the various lodges, to our rooms and the dinning, not to mention our numerous guides...I can't say enough!!! Both Sukau Rainforest Lodge (an adult camp feel) & Borneo Rainforest Lodge (an upscale romantic feel) were unique and truly wonderful. We could not have been treated better, nor could we have experienced and seen more amazing wildlife & nature!! We did a 6d/5n split between the two and I would only say I'd wish we'd done 7/6 so as to have

We enquired on line from Australia. Borneo Eco Tours proposed an itinerary that met our preferred tour options at a reasonable cost. They were on time very time with well maintained and operated vehicles - cars and boats. At different times we had different guides and drivers. All were friendly and knowledgable. We visited attractions in KK, Sepilok, Sukau and Danum valley and saw many birds and animals.
We rate them very highly and would travel with them again.

If you are visiting Borneo then I recommend Borneo Eco Tours as a mentor, guide..tour operator. I just did that (July 21-26 2016) and I give them a five star rating because:

- Their naturalists(guides)are well informed, passionate about their job, pleasant..and have a sense of humour.
I had Shiela in Kota Kinabalu and Dean and Lee in Sandakan and at the Sukau RainForest Lodge.

-Their vehicles..be it vans or boats are in excellent condition, the drivers (called

Booking process went smoothly. Our flight was delayed and they helped us to do the tour we booked. 5 stars for the Kota Kinabalu team who helped us.
Our guide seemed to struggle to focus on all his guests as our group (3 families) had been split up into several other groups. Staff in Sukau seemed not always well organised. Anyway, we can really recommend this tour operator who always tried to satisfy the clients.

We took Sepilok Orang Utan Encounter Tour with Borneo Eco Tours (BET).
The tour was well organized and the guide provided was a very knowledgeable.

We were able to see Orang Utan feeding, baby Orang Utan Rehabilitation and Sun Bear Rehabilitation, Rain-forest etc. We were happy that by merely visiting this site we were able to contribute (in a small way) to work done by Orang Utang Rehabilitation Centre.

We started travel early morning from our

Borneo Eco Tours organised an 8 day trip which included Turtle Island (Seligan), Sepilok Orang Utan Sanctuary, Sukau Rainforest Lodge and Borneo Rainforst Lodge. We traveled with another couple and everything went very smoothly. Organisation and pickups were very good. All guides were knowledgeable and very competent. Accommodation was excellent (Turtle Island was basic but we expected that) and meals were a treat. We saw lots of wildlife and the boat trips and jungle walks were excellent.Hig

Our family booked a tour with Borneo Eco Tours for 2D1N which included pick up from the Sandakan airport, tour of Sepilok (Orangutang and Sun Bear), Kinabatangan river tour and stay at the Sukau Rainforest Lodge.

Our guide, Nextor as he called himself, was a really cool and laid back guy. He was funny, entertaining and answered all our questions during the tours. The bus driver was also nice and got us whenever we needed to go on time.

Sepilok was nice but overcr
