Our Flexi Travel Plan offers just enough flexibility for guests to postpone or reschedule their travels with us to a much later date without worries.
Standard Flexi Travel Plan
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, you can postpone your trip to a later date. The remaining amount of your total package cost AFTER DEDUCTING the Cancellation Fees will be held under our 12-Months Flexi Travel Program.
Under this program, you have the options to (1) CARRY FORWARD or (2) TRANSFER THE REMAINING AMOUNT TO THIRD PARTY within a 12-Months grace period from the original date of travel. Any additional costs after deducting the credit will be subject to payment. Any unused balance after 12 months will expire.
