Get up-close and personal with the magnificent duo - the proboscis monkey and orangutan. Stay overnight at Sabah Hotel to explore the colorful city of Sandakan.
You'll be greeted by our friendly guide upon arrival at Sandakan Airport and transferred to Sabah Hotel to check-in. In the afternoon, journey to Labuk Bay Proboscis Sanctuary where we'll trek to witness the feeding of the amusing looking Proboscis Monkeys and elusive Silver Leaf Langurs at the sanctuary.
After breakfast, head over to Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre. There, you'll be treated to a video show about the conservation efforts done at the centre. Thereafter, enjoy a ten minute walk in the midst of the rainforest and witness the feeding of orangutans at the feeding platform before observing them over at the outdoor nursery.
After lunch we will proceed to airport for the 1430hrs flight to Kota Kinabalu. For those taking the evening flight, we will have a chance to visit Rainforest Discovery Centre. Take a bird view of the centre from the canopy walk and hanging bridge, explore the botanical garden, home to various species of flora before taking the flight.
