Everything was covered from the airport pick-up, hotels, transfers,jungle trips...perfect. Guides and drivers were charming and spoke excellent English. The whole weeks' trip was hassle free and we enjoyed every minute of it, many thanks... a trip of a lifetime. Worth every penny, thank you.
Went on a half-day trip to Sepilok Orangutan rehabilitation centre with these guys and they were fantastic! The person I emailed back and forth with was extremely professional and punctual, and when I arrived at Sandakan airport from Kota Kinabalu my guide Hamit was there to greet me and the other travellers on that flight. He explained everything that we were going to do and see in such great detail and was so friendly and informative.

We planned this small tour from the UK and Borneo Eco Tours really made our introduction to Borneo a great one. They sorted out everything and travelling as two females was made easy. Our guide at Sukau lodge was wonderful and we saw orangutang and Pygmy elephants and many monkeys on the river cruise. The dinners were good and rooms pleasant. We slept well under the ceiling fans. There was even basic wi fi. We were with two lovely couples on the cruises and we all had a great time.

Started up with 4 days Rainforest Eco Lodge, Kt Kinabalu and Turtle, ended up in letting Eco arrange hotel in KK before and after totally 9n/10d. All worked perfectly from pick up airport to send to airport. Thanks to drivers, guides and especially Cindy who arranged everything. Will definitely choose Eco again if come to Borneo, which might come true, as Sabah much better than expected.
We had an excellent two days with Borneo Eco Tours. They are a very professional company and everything was organised very well. All our guides were prompt, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.
I particularly recommend the day tour of Kinabalu Park. We had a great day and our guide Felix had a great knowledge of all the wildlife and plant species, he was constantly spotting birds and explaining things to us. He even spotted us a Giant Squirrel at Poring Hot Springs which was

On our arrival at Sandakan airport we were met by our guide Fernando who then remained our guide for the next 5 days, taking us out to Selingen island to see the turtles and then onto the Sukua Rainforest lodge where we enjoyed early morning and afternoon trips on the Kinabatangan river to spot monkeys and birds. Fernando was an amazing guy and guide!
We asked Borneo Eco Tours to put together a birding itinerary for us for 16 days. Not only did all of our arrangements work seamlessly, but the accommodations and guides were fabulous!! The guides really were exceptional! We also asked for recommendations for a diving resort and a place to relax at the end of our trip and they set up the reservations for us and set up the transfers and all we had to do was focus on having a wonderful time rather than logistics.
I did the Tauran day tour by bicycle. This was Epic riding! As we were a small fit group we did a lot more extensions on the route, more off roading, through jungle along old tracks. The scenery was beautiful. It is HOT! Bring lots of sun screen and wear long t-shirts if possible. The lunch was very delicious. The bicycles were in good nick. Our guide Alex had a wonderful sense of humour and very interactive.
Only had time for the day trip from Kota Kinabalu to Sandakan for the Orang Utan Encounter. Guide was waiting on my arrival at Sandakan Airport, presented me with an itinerary which explained everything. Everything organised perfectly. Orang Utan's were Awesome, Sun Bears were Awesome. Hope to return one day for a bigger tour. Very professional company.
