Personal thankyou for locating our Torch that was left behind at the Mt Kinabalu Tour you managed to locate the torch and have it dropped off at the Kinabalu Daya for us when we departed. We recently concluded a birding tour of Sabah with Victor Emanuel Nature Tours (Borneo: August 12 – 30, 2016), which hired BET as its ground agent for the tour. just wanted to let you and your team know that we had a fantastic trip to Borneo and loved every minute of it. Our guides, especially Bryan at Sepilok and Suhaili at Sukau were fantastic, the wildlife we saw, was incredible. Sepilok lodge and Borneo Rain Forest lodge were great, Sukau so lala, we did not understand why when they finally have aircondition installed they dont use it in the night, we never got any sleep because of the heat. We had such a wonderful time at Sukau, and so appreciated your knowledge and care of us. I was very sad to leave. Danum Valley was very luxurious, and we saw all sorts of birds (including a Bornean Bristlehead), but it didn't have the welcoming atmosphere of Sukau! The guides at Danum Valley weren't as knowledgeable as at Sukau - they aren't Rangers - the rangers are at the Field Centre. They were good, but not as good as your team!

Tod, Isaac, Robbie and myself would like to thank you all so much for organising such a wonderful holiday.
