Itinerary

Day 1

Sepilok - Labuk Bay - Transfer out

Pickup from Sandakan Airport at 0800 hours  and depart to Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre. There, you'll be treated to an enlightening video show about the conservation efforts done at the centre. Enjoy a 10 minute walk in the midst of the rainforest and witness the feeding of orangutans at the feeding platform before observing them over at the outdoor nursery.

OPTIONAL: Add-on tour at Sun Bear Conservation Centre to learn about the conservation of the world’s smallest bear after visiting the Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre at own expense. 

After lunch we will proceed to Labuk Bay Proboscis Sanctuary. We will trek to witness the feeding of the elusive Proboscis Monkeys and silver leaf langurs at the sanctuary. Transfer to airport at 1600hrs for your late afternoon flight or to hotel for extension of stay.
