I've been wanting to try quad biking around the local village for a while. Only recently I had a chance to do so. The reason being I always travel solo, and some activities/packages are mostly in group. Booking process went smoothly, thanks to the prompt responses from the office department, best customer service! Pick up and drop off was included in the package, very convenient. Punctual and efficient driver, Ibin. Friendly guide, Joe, thank you for showing us your beautiful village. Interesting track and love the view. It was fun. It's one of the best ways to get to know Sabah and the people. Highly recommended. Will definitely try the other tours offered by Eco Borneo Tours.

Beautifull place, nice rooms and lovely staff. Great place where you can only arrive by boat. Spend a great amount of time om the river to spot wildlife.

Our four-day safari was brilliant! The two lodges, the two guides, the transport and logistics were top-class. The itinerary on each day was action packed. But the pre-tour communication was poor. They did not email an itinerary. I had to ask them about whether a guide would accompany us at each lodge.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. All communications leading up to the tours we booked were clear and timely. On the two tours, Lewis our tour guide, was on time, super friendly and you could tell he loved his job and wanted our experience in Borneo to be a fantastic one.

When we go back to Borneo, I will be contacting Borneo Eco Tours again to show us more.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. All communications leading up to the tours we booked were clear and timely. On the two tours, Lewis our tour guide, was on time, super friendly and you could tell he loved his job and wanted our experience in Borneo to be a fantastic one.

Not to be dramatic but we literally had the best 3 days of our lives! We were so lucky and saw the ‘Borneo big 5’ animals as well as baby turtles and female turtles laying eggs! Lau was the best tour guide ever - so knowledgeable and amazing at spotting the wildlife! We will be back one day for sure :)

We did the Sandakan Wildlife Safari and the experience was awesome, our best part of our trip.

We booked the tour with Borneo Eco Tours custom planned 'Borneo Big 5' post searching thru this site and instagram - for the best tour that can fit us (family of young boys) going into nature for the 1st time - and there we are - in Sandakan starting the day at Sepilok Conservation - seeing orang utans and sun bear roaming, playing around and met our guide/captain Mr Asley (knowledgeable and friendly - also with eyes like a hawk - coz he can spot animals from far away even the tiniest baby crocodile or sleeping bird on top of a tall tree)
Then we got onto 2.5hour boat ride from Sandakan Jetty into the Kinabatangan river towards Sukau Rainforest Lodge (a gem by the river)
4 days ended so soon we think as every morning my eldest cant wait to wake up for what animals in the wild are waiting for us to see for the day! - but my youngest wait to get in the boat to sleep
