We just got back from a 3D2N Kinabatangan Wildlife Safari and WOW!!! It was such an amazing experience. We were lucky enough to see all of the Borneo Big 5. Our guide Vincent was absolutely incredible - so so knowledgeable and friendly. He made the experience for us. The Sukau Rainforest Lodge was next level, the villa was beautiful with a view of the jungle where we saw proboscis monkeys from! The conscious effort of the tour to minimise its impact on the environment is quite special too :)

My wife and I have have just returned from an 8 day tour on the river and to Danum valley with these guys and hands down this was an awesome experience. They were super professional and friendly and the two resorts at Sakau on the river and the nature lodge in Danum Valley were just stunning. Highly recommended

This trip was amazing!!! We stayed at Sukau Rainforest Lodge which was stunning! I made the booking through Borneo Eco Tours and Hanif was our contact and was fantastic. He was very responsive to my enquiries and gave me the greatest confidence that everything would go as planned - and it did! Sukau was a brilliant place to stay for three nights. The food was incredible, the staff brilliant and we saw Pygmy Elephants, Orangutans, Proboscis monkeys , Hornbills and huge crocs! I can’t thank Hanif enough for helping us to have this once in a life time adventure.

When we booked our "Wonders of Sandakan" Tour with Borneo Eco Tours, we had high hopes, but tried to keep our expectations low.
Our trip was absolutely amazing from start to finish, mostly thanks to the amazing crew of BET and their dedication.

The days we spent at Sukau were the absolute best part and I will remember them for the rest of my life. The area around the lodge is truly beautiful and each boat tour was another adventure in this amazing region.
Our guide Jad was an absolute gem and we could have not asked for a better one. He had eagle eyes, a great sense of humor and such a vast knowledge of nature.

The lodge was beautiful as well and we were really sad to leave.

Back in Sandakan we had another great excursion with Lao, who is also extremely knowledgable and funny.

The entire team, the lodge and Borneo itself were absolutely amazing and I can't recommend it enough.

So was the group of people we went for rive cruises together (very small groups, 3-8 people). Overall, the organization and communication by Borneo Eco Tours could not have been better. Highly recommendable!

Very well organized trip that went very smoothly. Our guide was Jay and he took care of us all, made sure we were where we were meant to be and on time.
Turtle Island is a very basic set up but at least it had aircon. We were there to see the turtles as the main event and so the afternoon was a lazy one. This would have been a wonderful experience but some tourists just ruin it. No flash photography, stand behind the line, see 1 turtle only and do not disturb others that may be around. Simple instructions that were given but unruly kids and annoying adults just made me feel sad. Perhaps a stricter briefing of everyone should be done. Perhaps slightly fewer people per night. I would hate to think people act like this every evening.
Next day we went to Sepilok and Jay ushered us to the best view points so we could watch the orangutans. After lunch it was off to Sakau and what an amazing 2 nights there. We saw so much and Jay was great at spotting the wildlife and telling us about them. A 6 am boat ride was truly worth it. The lodge rooms were fabulous with a lovely bathroom and great shower. Mini fridge for cold drinks and great aircon. Food was plentiful and there seemed to be something for everyone’s tastes. I was sad to leave there and would highly recommend a visit with Borneo Eco tours as there planning and execution was very good.

The location was just perfect. Down the Kinabatangan River deep in the Borneo Rainforest, where we had gone to spot wildlife. The Borneo Eco Tour staff were amongst the best we have come across. They were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and so well organised. All the details of the trip, especially the transfers (and there were a few in our itinerary) were seamless.

The location was just perfect. Down the Kinabatangan River deep in the Borneo Rainforest, where we had gone to spot wildlife. The Borneo Eco Tour staff were amongst the best we have come across. They were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and so well organised. All the details of the trip, especially the transfers (and there were a few in our itinerary) were seamless.

Excellent tour. Great wildlife viewing and knowledgable guides. Yayah in Sukau and Helen in Borneo Rainforest Lodge were both amazing. Great buffet food and easy transportation as well.
