Our stay at Sukau Rainforest Lodge with Borneo Eco Tours was great. The Lodge is well situated with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The highlight was, of course, the trips on the river for wildlife spotting (we saw the 'Big 5'). Our guide for several of the river trips was Farhan and he continued to amaze us with both his knowledge and his ability to spot animals that we usually couldn't see straight away! The meals (all buffet) had a good variety and catered to a range of eating tastes. Having the pool to relax by in between other activities was a welcome bonus. Borneo Eco Tours are well organised with transport to and from the Lodge and their communication with me from my first email was excellent.

The tour by BorneoEcoTours was really well organised from collection to being dropped back to our hotel in Sandakan. The guides employed by BET were alll enthusiastic and knowledgable and our experience in terms of hospitality, accommodation, animal tours and animals seen was very good.

Wow what an amazing trip loved the Sukau Rainforest Lodge and Rahman Mandu a very special guide who really made the trip extra brilliant - we loved our time with you here! We were super lucky and saw pigmy elephants thanks to your patience and you were brilliant with our son who is still talking about you and the trip - thank you 5/5 stars

We have booked Wonders of Sandakan 4D3N trip through the Borneo Eco Tours and we had amazing time on this trip.

All the bookings and communication was done through email and I found the company very responsive and accommodating. A shout out to Audrey who handled so many of my emails and questions after questions and then changes to the dates. Very patient!

The tour was done in two parts, Sandakan stay for one night with some local places to visit. That day went fine, the bus was great, the food was good and the guide knowledgeable.

We then took a boat ride (around 2-3 hours) to Sukau Rainforest Lodge where we spend two nights. The same guide - again a shout out to Jimmy which was an amazing guide, was with us all the way and on every boat. In the lodge we took boat out on the river to spot the wildlife. If you every watched the BBC documentaries or Planet Earth, you feel exactly like you're on that show. Wildlife everywhere, wild orangutans, monkeys, birds. A really great nature that you can enjoy.

After the two days we got the boat back to Sandakan to get on the flight to KL.

The service was really good but the guides knowledge and sharing the information was first class.

An absolutely incredible adventure! We travelled for 2 months and this was the highlight of my trip!!!! Everything was seamless. The staff at the Lodge were great and the food was excellent. We saw so many animals - the Borneo Big 5!

My flight from Kota Kinabalu was delayed by 3 hours and the office staff and guides went out of their way to help me make the most of the reduced time by rebuffing the itinerary. The guides were also very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a great time and I would recommend Borneo Eco Tours wholeheartedly. One of the highlights of my time in Malaysia.
