We had a memorable 3D2N adventure at Sukau Rainforest Lodge. The itinerary was carefully planned by the ground staff and followed throughout the stay. The presence of wildlife is remarkable, our guides were outstanding making it possible for us to see Borneo's Big Five ! Our villas were exceptional and the hospitality crew were amazing. Being a nature enthusiast I truly enjoyed and appreciated the sights and sounds of the whole environment. I am truly impressed at how sustainability is practised religiously, especially with the engagement of the local community as guides and staff at the lodge.

I would visit again if given another chance = )

Borneo Eco Tours was very professional and accommodating, even when my flight arrival was changed at the last minute. Audrey was especially helpful and prompt in her communications.

Exceeded all expectations and did not disappoint. Wonderful location by river and rainforest, accommodation and staff first rate. Very informative guides and wonderful to see wildlife in natural environment. Wouldn’t miss it

For obvious reasons I might be slightly biased by what I’m about to write but our incident aside, we had a great time, every boat trip was different and our guide , Yunus was very knowledgeable and very friendly.

Now I’ll explain my title, above and beyond, my wife took very ill during the early morning, so much so that I sent my daughter to try to get help at 1.30am in the morning, she bumped into the security man, Ardin , who promptly woke the resort manger, Mr Jiwa, they grabbed a wheelchair as my wife was struggling to stand and quickly arranged a boat to transfer us to a local clinic, this was closed so with myself, my wife , daughter,Mr Jiwa,called his chef from the bot as we were hurtling along the river ,the chef, Teddy met us on a makeshift jetty and we transferred my wife to teddy’s mini van, and headed for the bigger clinic around 30 minutes away, my wife was by now struggling to breathe properly and teddy drove like he was in a F1 car which was no mean feat on the roads , the upside was the after getting medical treatment everything turned out fine and I think the guys eventually got back to the lodge around 6am, just in time to start work for the day, I can’t thank them enough for the way they snapped into action and reacted to what was a real emergency at the time, I’m just so glad I’d chosen to stay at the lodges. So apart from the tremendous wildlife experience,be rest assured should there be any unfortunate incidents the staff here will do their utmost to look after you, thank you to the 3 superheroes and all the staff.

Just wow we had the most amazing time on our 2 night 3 day tour with Borneo Eco Tours on the Kinabatangan River. J our guide was so knowledgeable and friendly he really made the experience even better. This was both mine and the kids highlight of our two week trip to Borneo we just wish we had gone to the Danum Valley too.
The accommodation was really good, food was great. Activities well planned and J did his hardest to make sure we got to see all the wildlife in their natural habitat. My children are 6 & 8 and loved every minute.
The rooms were really comfortable, the nature walk around the accommodation was good and it was nice to have a pool to cool off in during your down time.
If you go to Borneo you would be silly not to book with them.

A fantastic tour through the jungle. Wild ourangatangs, pigmy elephants, crocodiles and lots of different monkeys.
The your guide was excellent and accommodation was perfect.
We had the most amazing and relaxing time travelling by boat through the wilder areas.

Stunning and unique from start to finish. I could not be happier with our visit to Sukau Rainforest Lodge with Borneo Eco Tours. From start to finish — booking through the trip to drop-off — the staff were incredibly professional, attentive and kind. Our guide, Vincent, was so great. He was knowledgeable, approachable, patient and just a joy to be around. We saw the big 5 all within the first day! The river tours were magical and just an amazing way to experience the forest and spot wildlife. The lodge itself was so beautiful. Our accommodations were stunning and without a doubt the nicest place we stayed on our entire trip. The staff at the lodge were fantastic. The food was great and they were always so kind and helpful. The whole trip was seamless, guides were so knowledgeable - thank you Rahman - he gave us a trip to remember, we were fortunate to see all the big 5 and then more. Really kind staff in the lodge and a good selection of meals provided. Would certainly recommend.
