A very well organised company to deal with, the accommodation meals and tours were terrific. Travelling to the Rainforest Lodge by boat was a marvellous experience. The real shame is the shrinking of the rainforest to monoculture palm oil plantations on mass, but we as consumers need to take a lot of the responsibility for that. Especially as the jungle is so incredible.

My wife and I spent 3D2N at the lodge and had a wonderful time. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful for our entire stay. We stayed at one of the Villas on the property and it was beautiful. One slight invonvenince in the room was the fact that the walls and ceiling must not have been fully sealed, and so a few bugs got in, but not a big issue and I think that's just a part of staying in the rainforest! Otherwise the room was great. The food was also very good. All buffet style with enough options for everyone. Even though we did not have a lot of time outside of the activities, we did take advantage of the pool for an afternoon and loved it. Very nice to cool off for a bit. As far as the actual tours, they were excellent and we saw a ton of wildlife. Even got to see a pair of wild Orangutans from a distance on our boatride to the lodge. On our final day we managed to find a pack of elephants crossing the river which was an unforgettable experience. We ended up paying for the guided night tour, and saw tons of wildlife their as well. This was definitely a cool experience to see nocturnal wildlife you woukdnt otherwise know existed there. Our tour guide and one of the main hosts of the lodge, Jumaidi, was excellent. Had great knowledge to share during the tours, and was incredibly helpful for all other inquiries we had during our trip. He really made the stay enjoyable. We were able to see all of Borneo's "Big 5" during our trip, and as an ecologist myself, this was awesome to experience. I would absolutely reccomend this trip to anyone looking to see Borneo's wildlife while also staying at an excellent lodge.

I am glad we chose Borneo Eco Tours for our Safari Week in Borneo, as it was the most amazing and unforgettable of experiences. From waking up early in the morning to spot all kinds of animals from the river cruise to staying in the middle of the jungle and rejoicing in the thousands of noises in the deep wild forest, we found ourselves staying in the most luxurious of ecohotels, where the food was absolutely amazing too. The guides, all very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The drivers are always on time, carrying all of the luggage. I am glad we chose Borneo Eco Tours for our Safari Week in Borneo, as it was the most amazing and unforgettable of experiences. From waking up early in the morning to spot all kinds of animals from the river cruise to staying in the middle of the jungle and rejoicing in the thousands of noises in the deep wild forest, we found ourselves staying in the most luxurious of ecohotels, where the food was absolutely amazing too. The guides, all very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The drivers are always on time, carrying all of the luggage. They all made our experience simply amazing, and we cannot be more thankful to every single one of those who contributed to it. THANKS A MILLION !!!

My wife and I had one of the most memorable holidays in our lives thanks to Borneo Eco Tours. The planning was spot on and the facilities provided were superb. All the accommodations provided were fantastic. The transfers and tours were very meticulously organised. The guides on the cruises and walks were very knowledgeable and helpful, especially Fernando at Sukau.

We enjoyed a delicious Ramadan buffet at the Sabah Hotel in Sandakan.

The Sukau Rainforest Lodge on the Kinabatangan river was excellent. The villa provided to us offered a amazing view of the rain forest. The cruises along the river and the canals with both banks teeming with exotic wildlife were very exciting. We were fortunate to have spotted all the Borneo Big 5. Being from India, I never thought I would be so excited to see elephant. But the pigmy elephant herd on the bank of the river were so cute and delightful.

The Borneo Rainforest Lodge located right in the middle of the primary forest was also amazing. Never imagined that we would be in such close proximity to the Orangutans.

Would definitely like to be back sometime to spend a few days in the middle of unspoilt nature.

Beautiful set up. Our Villa had a balcony where we could watch the proboscis monkeys. The lodge was beautiful and well organized. The meals were great and the tours were amazing . Highly recomend

The tour made it one of the best trip I ever had! The service was amazing, we saw a lot of animals, the two lodges were great! Borneo Rainforest Lodge in the Danum Valley was just amazing! A dream really! I highly recommend taking a tour with this company. We took the Borneo Big Five tour.

We have recently completed a three night stay at the Sukau Rainforest Lodge with Borneo Eco Tours. I can’t speak highly enough about the organisation, accommodation, friendliness and service we received from such a professional company. We would recommend the three night stay because of t he amount of opportunites we saw to see so many different types of wild life. We were fortunate enough to see four out of the big five on our stay.A couple of tips, stay in a villa if possible and make the effort to attend the nature walk and the orangutan information talk. All in all a brilliant trip

We are a family of 3 with a 9 year old who is an avid birder and we opted for the the 3d2n Kota Kinabalu birding trip with Borneo Eco Tours. Right from the booking process we were impressed with the prompt response and professionalism of the tour company.
Our guide was Mr. Adrian, a master guide indeed. His local knowledge and ability to spot even the most elusive birds was truly astounding. And it was a pleasure talking with Adrian about everything from cuisine to local culture and history. He made this a truly unforgettable experience especially for our son.
We are also extremely glad we had Raydo as our bus captain. He was so patient and pleasant and even helped spot birds :)
All in all we had an amazing trip and we will definitely be back for more.
