Amazing Safari. Seamless from start to finish. Great english speaking guides, perfect balance of lodges, lodges themselves were great. Everything was efficient and organized. No complaints. Would do again!

We booked 3 tours with Borneo Eco Tours before we left home and all 3 were flawless. BET is an established, well organised business and Audrey in the office had exceptional organisational skills and always responded promptly to my many emails.

Sukau Rainforest Lodge. We booked the 2N3D Kinabatangan Wildlife Safari by boat to SRL. It is without doubt the best tour we have ever been on. The bus and boat drivers were professtional and all the staff at the lodge were friendly and approachable and went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Jay, our guide, was knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful and his wildlife spotting was unbelievable. We saw 4 of the Borneo Big 5, only missing the Pygmy Elephant. We attended a presentation by Lee, the naturalist. He was informative and entertaining and I could have listened to him all day.

Quad Biking in Kiulu. This was a fantastic day trip with Jo, our guide. He was friendly, informative and caring. We experienced the beautiful scenery of the Kiulu countryside and went off road into local villages. Along the way, you get to experience local life and the profits from the tour are given back to the local community. The quad biking is exciting and they cater for all abilities.

Fun Boat Snorkelling Day Trip. Everyone on the boat was professional and caring, especially Bibi. Our guide, Ujang - apologies if I've got his name wrong - was excellent and took us to two sites where we snorkelled off the boat. We felt completely safe, the water was clear and the marine life that we saw was amazing: black tip reef shark, turtle, 3 sting rays, octopus, lionfish and many species of beautiful fish.

BET's commitment to the environment, conservation, the lives of the local communities and their customer care is exceptional. They are a 5 star operation and we would unreservedly recommend them! THANK YOU ALL!

Borneo Eco Tours were amazing! Everything went smoothly without a hitch and everyone was polite and helpful.
Sukau Rainforest Lodge was lovely with plenty of atmosphere set in the forest.
The river cruises were interesting and informative.

We had an amazing experience with Borneo Eco Tours. Our guide Marty was so knowledgable and informative. He worked really hard to ensure that we saw as much wildlife as we could. We managed to see the Borneo Big 5 which we were thrilled about.

What a magical experience.
We went from Sepilok Orangutan Sanctuary, down to Sukau Rainforest Lodge with Vincent Y (our guide from Borneo Eco Tours).
His English was exceptional.
He was friendly and really knowledgeable. His wildlife spotting was unbelievable, from different bird species, a number of monkeys (including the proboscis monkeys), big crocodiles, Orangutans and we were super lucky to spot a bull Pygmy Elephant swimming in the Kinabatangan river.
We could not of asked for a better guide or a more incredible experience.

Had a wonderful 2 week trip with Borneo ecotours. The trip included time in Sukau and Danum Valley and also summited Kinabalu.
The VIP though was Brandon at head office. Always kept us informed and when I made some changes midway through the trip he was on the ball and accommodated all of our requests.

We saw lots of wildlife on our trip, spending two nights at the Sukau Rainforest Lodge and another two at the Danum Valley Field Centre. This offered different experiences, neither of which we'd want to miss!

The guides were knowledgeable, friendly and professional, as well as wonderful with our kids.

The trip was very well organised and communication was excellent - we felt in safe hands, including during the transfers.

Our verdict: Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our time in Borneo very much! The accommodations were very comfortable and clean, the food was adequate and our guides were outstanding. From start to finish the trip was well organized and everyone went out of their way to see to our comfort. We saw 4 out of the Borneo 5, all we missed were the elephants. We would definitely recommend the trip!
