  1. Summit of Kinabalu

You can’t call yourself an adventure seeker if you haven’t climbed up South East Asia’s greatest peak, Mount Kinabalu. Hailed sacred by the indigenous people of Sabah, her trails and rough edges are worth exploring. Take it easy on the first day of your tour with a guided nature tour of the surrounding UN World Heritage Site at Kinabalu Park as you soak in the tranquility of being part of nature. You will begin your ascent on the second day with a mountain guide, staying overnight up on the mountains, then rising early morning the next day to make your climb to the summit to catch the sunrise. Be in awe as you take in the view of the mesmerizing sunrise from the top of Mount Kinabalu.

  1. Crocker Range Eco trek

A jungle trek journey that will be worth your while where you explore forest reserves and endemic species in the beautiful highlands of Sabah’s Crocker Range. You will also get a chance to see how the locals live in the rural communities there and learn a thing or two about their unique culture and traditions. A one of a kind experience through the Crocker Range Eco Trek will no doubt leave a wonderful lasting memory.

  1. Mt Trus Madi Nature Trek

Another Borneo gem to behold, Mt. Trus Madi is Sabah’s second highest peak and it stands tall and strong close to Mt. Kinabalu. Trekking through the Trusmadi Forest Reserve will be a whole new experience for adventurers alike where they can discover unique species of flora and fauna, including the Nepenthes macrophylla, a rare pitcher plant that can only be found on the summit of Mt. Trus Madi.

Padas Rafting

  1. Padas White Water Rafting

If you’re an adrenaline junkie, head over to Padas River and gear up for some white water rafting. It takes a total of 3 hours to get to the rafting location, 1 and a half hours by road to Beaufort and another 1 and a half hours train ride to Pangi. The water grade for the Padas White Water Rafting is 3-4, which is on the difficult level.
